    and fill it out with your order PRIOR TO logging into
    the Marketplace ordering website.

    If you haven't participated in the SWMSS purchasing program before (Fall 2016 or Spring 2017 orders) you will need to create a User ID & password - CLICK HERE TO START. Once on that page, click "Register here" without entering any information. This red link is the same link you will click to login to the Marketplace to place your order.

    If your email domain is not on our "white list" (ie. Gmail, Yahoo, @district.k12.mt.us, etc) SWMSS will need to approve the account. Send Jennifer Brekke a quick email or call her at the SWMSS office - she will add your email domain so you can complete the registration process.

    If your school has not particpated in this program before (formerly run by OPI) it is possible that your school district may not be listed as an option to choose from when creating your account. Please contact Jennifer Brekke at the SWMSS office if you run into this issue and she will add your school district and register you over the phone.

    Many of the items available during this order window are the same items that were available during the Spring 2017 order window. There have been several additions (and a few subtractions), and our Food Bid Manager Cindy Giese is working hard to add the new food nutrition spec sheets to our database. Please be patient as we are in the process of updating the spec sheets.

    The following items have had price and/or manufacturer adjustments due to discontinued products, availability, and recalls. Please note that the price and description listed in the online Marketplace is current and correct and the following items on your Price List -Order Form will NOT reflect these changes. 

    Item 540: PLASTIC BAG - Bun pan cover, clear, twist ties, 200 ct/case, 20-FS2135; price is now $30.19 per case / new mfgr = FoodHandler.

    Item 109: WAFFLE - Frozen, WG, bulk, 1 GRN EA, Krusteaz 40321 144 / 1.39 oz/case $27.02 / case; NOT AVAILABLE IN THE 2017-18 SCHOOL YEAR

    Item 319: CHICKEN FAJITA STRIPS - Fully cooked, IQF (now all white), 62200, 2/5 lb / case @ $31.31 / case; new mfgr = ProView (honored same price)

    Item 62: TACO SEASONING - Dry mix, low sodium, Bi87467, 6/9 oz / case @ $15.07 / case; mfgr is still Major, no price change
